Mark as Useful the caller stated that he worked for a american law firm. I asked what this was about he said I took a payday loan, I have never taken a payday loan. so I asked more queations like how much was the loan for and what date I received this money. Tom said I cant give you that information. Why? so I asked what company was sueing me and it is American Payday loans. I think Im going to keep calling "Tom Smith" just to tell him what a a*# he is and keep his line busy. Scammers I will also report the number to the better business people. This scam needs to stop!!! I'm a younger person and at least new not to give them money but what about people who dont know better and there trying to scare you on paying rite away.
